Profit isn’t good for everyone
People think medicine is care
Medical professionals want to be caring
But insurance companies seek money
And drug companies seek money
Medicine is at the behest of the systems
Humans and money are in conflict
Doctors want to fit in at work
The money side is willing to sacrifice
Money undermines compassion
Requires doctors to reach monetary goals
The money is winning.
