What I learned in my activism
If you treat workers well
It’s easy to accomidate disabled employees
But therein lies the problem
Asking compassion of the powerful
Is a kind of cognitive dissonance
Since power not only corrupts
Power is addictive and delusional
And the social contract of power
Is to exploit workers.
